New Skarner Passive Idea (GIVE THOUGHTS PL0X)

PASSIVE

• This shrine provides a special buff to whoever captures it, ally or enemy, then disappears
• The buffs function similar to Red/Blue buff: they transfer to whoever slays the owner
• The shrine still provides attack speed, movement speed and mana regen for Skarner

Some Buff Ideas

• Grants the user 50 out of combat movement speed
• Passively deactivates nearby enemy wards (doesn't reveal them, just disables)
• Upon being hard CC'd, grants 100% damage reduction for the duration of the CC
• Summon a cannon minion upon being hit by an enemy champion (60 second cooldown)
