When WILL RIOT ADDRESS THE AFK/LEAVER ISSUE IN RANK RIOT ANSWER THE QUESTION?

Dear hell I just won a match where I got 18 elo but the next one I lost a match with a fken AFK and lost 22 elo? It has been 5 YEARS and not a SINGLE THING has been done by Riot to actually fix or punish the afk/leaver. They don't even answer our question about this problem, this is why the community admins are horrible. They are so bad at answering players question and the only thing they practically reply to in the board is PICTURE ARTS.

I posted a screen shot of a player who intentionally fed 6 matches then afk 6 DAMMIT TIME IN A ROW(Blank out the players name) and it had over 100 likes,so you would think RIOT would reply to the post about the problem that plagues the game but no. I got a warning saying they took the post down since it violated the forum rule when I blank out all the names. They are just shading out the proof of the problem so they won't have to answer players question on what they will ever do IN 5 YEARS about the problem.

This is why players are posting about how the RIOT has lost touch with their gamers. They don't even communicate with the players any more other then post that says HOW AMAZING THEY ARE.
