I know PT is being nerfed so that the Stopwatch isn't usable until 14 minutes
My question is, ... is it going to be taking up a slot in my inventory for that whole time?
I've always thought this was dumb. It should just work like Slightly Magical Boots, and only appear when they become available, or as soon as I have an open slot after that time.
Nothing about it was mentioned(at least not on here, nor Reddit), so I suppose you wont be able to get rid of them for 14 mins, oof.
I think the best change they could make to magical footwear or PT is to make the boots/stopwatch 0 cost in the shop after a certain amount of time if there isn't room for it in your inventory when it hits the time limit.
Remember the timer goes down by two minutes per kill participation. Realistically it mostly nerfs it for pro play where they don't get any kills for the entire laning phase sometimes. Also it nerfs it for the top laners like Vlad who take it and the ADC's who take it for the extra safety.
