Please don't removed boot enchants

I played a game on PBE. and not having boot enchants felt awful.

I couldn't build furor on an adc. Likewise i realized building ioanians and distortions wasn't an option for that sweet sweet 3 minute flash cool down.

I also realized supports like Janna won't be able to build captain to help the whole team anymore, I built furor, distortion a lot. And captain more situationally but still did.

That said....alacrity only causes problems when a champion needs none of the other enchants.

Rather than nerf the other enchants you could rework then. Maybe make alacrity move speed buff stronger, but situational. Make it the escape enchant maybe? You gain 20 MS when not running towards an enemy champion. And furor likewise can be the chasing enchant. You can leave it as is. You can also introduce more creative enchants that are situational to give people more options rather than take it away.

Either way enchants are good! Most of the problem of "always home guard" was fixed when it was moved to 20 minutes. Now don't mess that up now please
