@Meddler; I believe Your reasons for removing Syndra nerfs is flawed.

You say Syndra avoided the nerfs she was going to get because her pick rate and ban rate decreased. That i find is a poor excuse not to nerf her.

The fact of the matter is her pickrate decreased because the assassin update offered an even larger verity of unbalanced champions to play in the mid lane. And the only reason her ban rate decreased was because the Assassins which as still unbalanced need to be prioritized for bans before her,

Lets face it. Syndra still needs those nerfs. If we were to implement the 10 ban system i guarantee Syndra would find a spot among the top bans again no problem.

So much ignorance in so few words.... I'm impressed... Bravo...

"offered an even larger verity of unbalanced champions to play in the mid lane"

If there are 10+ "Unbalanced champions" in mid-lane.... How are they unbalanced?

The assassin update allowed for a significant amount of counter play to her kit... Hence she was indirectly already nerfed, and fell into a playable yet balanced state.

I "kinda" agree that the whole assassin update made her pick/ban rate decrease (if you have 5 goldfish in a bowl and then add 15 trout, there's a less chance of grabbing one of the 5 goldfish). That being said, I'd really like to see a morellos nerf more than anything. Literally no other item in the game offers both high damage and 20% cdr (frozen heart offers high armor and cdr, but doesn't offer much else outside of that), a slight nerf to it to the tune of 90AP + 15% cdr could possibly eliminate a bit of the threat of things like syndra, or force them onto less efficient mastery choices.

So you want to nerfs more AP items? oh dear.

Just one. While many players would probably argue that the rest of them are OP too (better nerf those amp tombs, the 20AP is excessive!), I'd much rather just see them slightly weaken the most exploitable one that is on practically every "annoying character's" buildpath.

You do realize that the amount of AP that can be obtained from items has massively gone down over the past couple of years? Only 120 AP item left, now only 2 instant 100AP items (that don't require stacking for 10 minutes into the game to get their AP). I mean, geez, might as well just make everything 50 AP by your suggestion.
