Correction, no: AD, AP, AS, MR, HP, Armor,etc.

Riot already mentioned there would have to be a lot of rebalancing around that then which is why they are doing it in the preseason.

I'm pretty sure some of the smaller runes will still grant you some MR and Armor.

Also the jungle will need retuning (but they do that every season so w/e).
