yes her R is getting "buffed" to double ramp up speed but it doesn't matter, no1 is ever in full damage anivia R.

Anìvìa1 votesThe ult was only buffed in the means of range, as it is now fully formed faster, if you do the math ( not gonna do it again here) You will notice that for the first 1.5 seconds it is less than prior dmg, the it gets more for 1.5 seconds, but in the end, the dmg done will be exactly the same after 3 seconds. I would not consider this a huge buff, and more as a minor tweak. The dmg is literaly lower when you do not use the ult for 3 seconds with enemies inside. Overall I would consider this a nerv with the e changes. (Having one sec less on its cd means nothing if you can't use it right after it is up again. )
