Neeko Feeling Weak/What Could Be Added

Anyone else feel like Neeko feels a bit weak? She can burst and everything like a burst mage is meant to, but some things about her just make her feel not the best if that makes sense. She's performing badly at the moment too at like a 44% winrate, which is really sad cuz I love her a lot.

Her passive is just deceiving and doesnt add much to her kit. Leblanc is similar with her passive but that gives her invisibility to escape, plus she has no issues jumping in to burst.

I feel like she could benefit of one or two of the following:

• An addition to her passive, bonus dmg, or a smaller shield when hit (like yasuo passive). As well as it not to be broken by Luden's proc.
• Q bounce takes some of the dmg from final bounce added to the second bounce.
• Her E range extended after hitting two targets, with the speed up/longer root.
• Nimbus Cloak to work on her ult charge up (this alone may be enough to be honest).

I honestly feel like just nimbus cloak, and/or an extra part to her passive would help her out a bunch as well. I hope Riot will take another look at her, especially because she'll have another skin coming out this year (first skin is legacy), so both players and riot would benefit from helping her out. But regardless, I love barely played champs so I'm kinda ok with just leaving her tho tbh.

Edit: Other sites show other stats between 48-49% which is still ok but. she could still use some slight buffs that wont throw her over the top
