We need to buff the weaker champions in the game.

The underplayed AND the underpowered champs should be buffed. Elise is now lower in winrate than URGOT....... Other champions at the bottom according to lolking are: Mundo, urgot, zilean, evelynn, twitch, ryze (who was once OP), alistar, gragas. For some reason lee sin's winrate is low BUT he's still popular hmmmm... some reason. I say lee sin and yasuo are outliers to the underplayed and underpowered definition. However, the other champions I listed are unlike that.

Lee sin has a low win rate in solo queue but is picked up in torunaments because he is a lot better in a premade where teammates can communicate in real time so he can make picks a lot better. The same reason why Gnar has such a high ban rate is because he is so strong with good team communication. Urgot is very strong but not many players play him correctly. I do agree Elise and Evelynn were a little overnerfed but sadly Riot only focuses on balancing champions based on E-Sports, and sadly they seem to think E-Sports would be boring if any champions were allowed through that werent super explosive champions, hints why Ziggs got hit with nerfs because Riot thought him turtling a game forever was boring. If it doesnt involve E-Sports or has a high ban rate then Riot will never pay attention to it.

Out of those, I'm not sure if any of the champs you mentioned besides Urgot maybe Zilean are that weak. Maybe Ryze but he's probably a champ people want on the weaker side of balance. Alistar and Gragas are down there likely from mechanics that can end up saving enemies and screwing over teammates.

The champions I listed currently are consistently underplayed and lower in winrate as well consistently.

Underpowered champ: A champion who has an issue in their kit that has forced Riot to delay their late game to such a point that their early and mid game are horrid, while their late game still reaches monstrous proportions. Examples include but are not limited to: Evelynn Jax Kayle Nasus Poppy Ryze Taric Teemo Vladimir Warwick Yorick Zilean

If only Riot could balance out the power curve slightly.

Note, many of these champs are in dire need of a rework.

The concept of Nasus is just so dumb...

You get ridiculously rewarded for... farming... something everyone else (- the support) has to do? And don't even have to build damage but get to nuke people?

So you are telling me that if you just survive the earlygame you become an unstoppable, nigh unkillable late game beast?!

Okay.

His q should really start to peel off in the power it acquires as you kill more and more creeps.

It sort of does. After you hit a certain point, it's kind of redundant to keep on grabbing stacks.
I think it's around the 300 mark, you can deal pretty massive damage to squishy champs at this point.
Just because it can technically stack infinitely, doesn't mean you have to do nothing but stack. And thankfully, his mid game is meh, his late game starts becoming scary unless you've really delayed it. He only hits raid boss mode in the latelate game after he's farmed up a few hundred stacks and hit near full build.

actualy you are right i played as nasus on bot once for trollz after couple of minutes my support rek sai went afk (my friend had some problems) so i grabbed some armor, a triforce and thornmail since enemy team had 4 autoatackers pwned them and in the end game screen i had the biggest dmg and ost kills on my team (hunting as doge such wow) yet i finished with barely 400 stacks while game lasted over 30 mmin

did you notice all of those are point and click based champs

it was wise of riot to nerf them since their game play patterns dont offer their enemy any chance after they get rolling

Kuroi862 votes

That's part of it yes. Counterplay is a difficult part to balance on them. What did you do when pre-nerf Eve appeared right behind you and poured all her burst onto your butt and dropped you to near dead in one rotation with her Q on a super low cooldown ready to finish you off? What do you do when Taric starts wailing on you, stunning, bursting, healing, and just going full rotation over and over again with no way to get away short of jumping a wall? What do you do when an unfed Vlad can 1v2 a fed ADC and Support? Don't get me wrong, I like some of these champs, but their kits are such that they are too see saw for easy balance. Imo, many need reworks, at least soft ones.

Of the examples you listen, Poppy, Nasus, and Ryze are pretty bad early game. The rest of them are not.

nope

one case is that those champs dont compete anything that the more popular champs do, so if we buff them we just spinn the whell and the buffed champs took the places of the popular ones elise would push lee sin out because she is similar case to him (do everything be everything) conclusion is that those champs need a rework aimed at their identity in league

second case is that champions are toxic and riot intentionaly nerfed them to prevent the from being op (elise olaf kassa twitch) in this case they need a rework aimed at their kits toxicity and ballancability

while its easy to say that lower tier champions need a buff you need to think what will that realy acomplish (in this case nothing )

Solo queue performance is irrelevant.
