can affect minions monsters and dragons.
this way you tone down a lot of his powerbudget that is in his ult while still keeping a core of his theme.
as far as his passive goes (another reason i think he is so gated) that should really become an active and not a passive ability in some way

if they had a mastery system back when I started playing around 2011 i probably would have a 5 mil mastery at this point give or take.
so yes i know morde.
and i know very well that the BIGGEST problem with his kit is in fact his ult and passive one can argue which one is bigger but its a moot point in my own opinion they both need to change or go.

personally i think the way his ult works, has way to much potential.
im even sceptical about the way he gets dragon ghosts. if you do it right it will net you 2 towers down, an elder will net you a baron and or inhib.
