The recent buffs to brand are just mentally handicapped to the core. He deals way too much damage for a support. Not only that but he is oppressive in lane for the adc and is really good in teamfights. A support shouldn't be good at both! I can play as a jungler so well that my team is ahead but once brand builds the haunting guise, its all pointless. He shreds tanks and squishies alike because he has such a high base damage on his abilities. Brand is a cancer to the current meta that I simply cannot deal with even with good teamfighting because his passive makes it all useless. I'm tired of banning this dude because he really is an instant win for the team that has him. Nerf his AP scaling or lower his base damage otherwise he will continue to win with relative ease.

I ban brand every game now. The fact that he can out damage a mid laner who is doing well from the support role is absurd. There was a game where the support brand out damaged their mid laner by double damage who was like 12-4 btw is just stupid. All this with just 3 full items compared to the full build mid laner. He needs a serious nerf.

While I agree that his damage is absurd, he's not a support. He's a mid lane mage that people took bot, just like Karma, Zyra and Morg because of their capabilities there.

That said, yes he needs nerfs!

Honestly, brand is probably one of the most broken and over buffed champions this meta. I get that he's a mid laner but people have obviously decided to go him support instead. Because of this, I think its only fair that he gets nerfed, his combo just has too much dmg early and definitely late game. It's disgusting.. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

i think nerfing will force him back mid. that way people who are actually good at him can 1v1 mid still and my grandma cant play him bot against challenger elo and still dominate lane. hes picked so much for obvious reasons. can melt even tanks at lvl 3.. eqw + ignite= anyone gets melted... i mained him until he became so busted with last buff i was too ashamed of myself to play him anymore.. have played him every role and pillaged np.. his waveclear isnt bad.. early game start item 3285 (runic for jg).... a couple autos and one W in the center = rip entire wave. "his mobitlity is bad" theres runes and items for that just like any other mage. everyone in every elo knows hes wayyyyy too busted yet hes been ignored/overlooked every patch for a season and a half now.... disgusting. build item 3151 and wait for a cluster.. press w then r.. rip enemy team better all have stopwatches ready. anyone who tries to argue he isnt beyond busted is either flat out ignorant, wants to keep taking advantage of his over-inflation, or just likes to argue for the sake of arguing at this point. numbers dont lie, graphs dont lie, stats dont lie. he needs hard nerfing.
