Bring Back AP Shen!

We all know that Shen at the current moment is just built full tank. However, I and many others would at least like to see some AP scalings on his kit in general. The change would be like what they did to Shyvanna in which they added AP scalings across her kit. It was wasn't game breaking and allows for hilarious full AP games. There is no real reason to not do this other than it taking some efforts.
