1 AP Item I build on Urgot Just for the .8 AP ratio Is..
As Long as I have
Damage increase based on Mana
Soo I build times to times
Mana/Health/AP for the shield?
Sooo if I calculate the whole stat that this item give with Muramana.
Max Stack Rod of Ages:
500Health
800Mana=16 Attack damage/64 Addtional Shield
120AP= 96 Additional Shield
Its Actually good on Urgot
Because of the Passive Sustain that it gives to him during laning Phase.
No Stack Rod of Ages:
300Health
400Mana=8 Attack Damage/ 32 Additional Shield
80Ap=64 Addidtional Shield
Max Stack RoA= Rank 5 W= 220+64+96= A Shield Value of 380 No Stack RoA = Rank 5 W= 220+32+64= A Shield Value of 316
Now if you Take in consideration a Lv 18 Urgot with the following build:

A Urgot Shield: Urgot Mana: 1247+1000+800=3047 Mana Now Lets calculate his Shield: 8% of 3047= ~ 244 Shield Based on Mana 120AP= 96 Additional Mana Base Shield Value= 220 220+96+244= 560 Total Shield Value Now with The boots which give 10% CDR and Black Cleaver which gives 20% 30% CDR build Unless you get the additional 5% and go 9/21/0 in the masteries But we will take 30% since it is the standard build The shield is on a cooldown of 12 Sec.
8.4 Sec cooldown Shield of a Value of 560 in which is up for 7 SEC SOO URGOT HAS A 1.4 SEC cooldown on a Shield that Value of 560.
EDIT : You can change Duskblade for
With an additional 250Mana.
Shield Value Based on mana would be +20
10% too
580Shield on a 7sec duration and 1sec cooldown.
For Me This Soo called Urgot Buff hurts more Urgot than it actually help him. Passive Change is actually not that good. Unless Urgot hits his E soo the Damage reduction stack up faster. But against instant burst combo champion like Zed or Talon Hitting them with one auto attack is not enough. 5% damage reduction on 1 hit?
, not exactly because of the AP ratio, but because he is able to proc it so easily and because it adds a lot of damage for your DFT
