Does Thresh NEED his e slow?

I mean, that ult is already a 99% slow and thresh is a very dominant support. Does he need that e slow? Imo he shouldnt.

Sidenote: this is a question. No need to downvote because disagree.

The vote system is for agreeing or disagreeing, that's how it's supposed to work. Agree = upvote and disagree = downvote.

Anyways, yes he usually needs the slow because it helps the ADC apply more damage for you getting caught out. However, I don't think he needs the extra damage on that E. If he does need it it should only apply to minions, since it's usually just their to help apply relic shield stacks.

I think the poll system is for which side you'd vote for. some threads don't really warrant a thread vote, like this one. Others like Laughing Fish generally take upvotes, and people angry about their teammates or why they're banned or why Riven needs more buffs generally take downvotes.

You know what... I don't even understand the upvotes thing.

1: slow 2: no slow

The slow goes better with his kit.

If they removed the slow from his E they would probably make it a further movement...so would you rather be slowed or further in turret range?

He doesn't need the damage on his E. Slow is fine

Without the slow, that move is just a nudge to the side. When used to engage, it's supposed to set up your hook and let you torment your opponent for a while. It's fine. While I admit Thresh does a lot of damage for a support, catch potential and lockdown are what he does best.
