Can anyone give me some counter-play tips against Leblanc?

I just played a game of 
in Mid lane. I was against a 
and didn't do so well...
I would usually focus on dodging things but it seems to be quite hard considering Leblanc's abilities are hard to dodge.
- Her Q is Point-To-Click.
- Her W can be dodged.
- Her E can be dodged but when she combines W + E it's impossible when she's in Melee range.
I found the matchup quite awful, kept getting one shot. Any tips?
