Congratulations Riot, you’ve successfully made Irelia into a worse Jax

The capability to do this requires a level of ineptitude beyond even my own mortal comprehension.

You’ve quite literally turned her into a more auto attack reliant champion that requires even more on on hit magic damage ... except Jax already does this except infinitely better.

You’ve hilariously ruined her passive and made it even more easier for the opposing top laner to punish her since she gets ZERO on hit damage till 5 stacks, has the lowest base AD of ANY bruiser in the game AND these stacks last 6 seconds and don’t deplete one at a time (like Jax’s).

You’ve made her W USELESS against an entire class of champions. You see Irelia is top just pick Kennen, Vladimir, Rumble or Swain and have fun playing against a champion that only has 2 abilities that do anything against you until 6 when she has 3.

You’ve shit on her teamfight potential (the one quality she’s supposed to excel at since her split pushing and dueling potential gets shit on mid late game by Jax, Fiora, Tryndamere) by making her W only work against physical damage meaning the enemy Karthus and Brand who is in every fucking game has free reign to pop her like a balloon (something they already did with her 9.2 W).

You’ve butchered anyone’s incentive to play this champion since everything she’s supposed to do another champion can now do better. Want a top lane skirmisher that can both duel and teamfight? Pick Riven. Need a split pusher? Jax is open and if he’s not open Fiora and Tryndamere can and will suffice.

Irelia is the reason I started playing League and I was the first to say she was in a broken state during the release of her rework, but eventually she was finally at a low pickrate and ban rate and I finally thought Riot would leave her alone but I was wrong. I’m just gonna learn how to play Riven now since her fan base is so huge Riot can’t dare touch her lest they ruin a large percentage of their playerbase’s enjoyment in the game (she’s also gotten a skin every year for the last 6 years or so don’t quote me).

• All the low elo players who try to engage Irelia with max stacks and conqueror ready while there’s isn’t even primed yet but wonder why they lost the all in and call her broken (despite having a fucking 42% winrate LMFAO) will downvote me but quite honestly I’ve grown not to care.
