Alright we need to talk about Urgot

Sometimes the balance team really makes me think if they actually know what they are doing. I understand they can't fix everything in league. Do they see what they have done with that thing? How on earth was it a good idea for him to have 0 cd on his shotgun legs come ever so slightly past laning phase??????????? It literally makes 0 sense. He decimates adc's and then destroys everything else because their isn't enough dmg to kill him.
