I feel like his engage range is just WAY too long and is one of the things that makes him so powerful.

CC and tankiness, ive seen 0 AP Zacs topping damage done in their team multiple times. Its pure bullshit that he deals 200 damage with Q without single damage item.

I think they should nerf his e base damage and then give it a bonus health scaling

so riven with less healing (which equals less tankyness) and less damage and less cc because half of his cc is tied to his ult which is on a long cooldown
