Do you guys have any context on why they made it able to be stacked on minions once again? I just want to know because they removed it before because it gave tanks too much power and champs that weren't specifically tailored to the mastery(well rune now) used it too successfully early game.

Yeah I have no idea. They have a few stay in combat runes that have strict time requirements, yet they make grasp stronger than before even though it's already proven to be problematic in the past?!? I'm stumped.

have you seen the other tank runes? they are complete garbage and getting 5hp every four seconds in battle is hardly game breaking when you have to be able to stay in battle that long which is why no one really takes it. It's a far cry compared to the old system in runes i was at 218 health at 18 and any current combo just starts with 130. The other key stone they give that is every 8 monsters is trash to so i really don't see the issue here. The healing is subpar and will not save you against all the current damage added plus the damage it gives is ok but good luck using it.
