I don't know about you but this new ranking system S U C K S

Alright. I made a new account, this one in order to see how the entire rankings work. On a main account I was diamond 2 last season and honestly when I heard about the new ranking system I didn't wanna try it out straight up on that account so I made this one. Anyway, I played ten games and got to bronze 2. I ranked up to silver after a while and I don't know what happened but when I was helping my friend last season to get out of silver, that silver and this silver is on such a different skill level that it's almost illegal. People are taking my red buffs as 0/5 irelia toplane, they int over and over again with no plan on doing anything about the game, they don't wanna surrender a 1 v 22 game, they don't wanna do ANYTHING about the game except flame and I can't imagine how it's gonna be on my main account if such a drastic skill level is here in low elo. Why am I having struggle to win a silver elo game? I'm a couple of TIERS above them? What's going on Riot?

The game is not competitive anymore, folks. People need to understand that Riot implemented "Runes Reforged" to cater toward NEW/CASUAL PLAYERS.

League is a casual game masked as a competitive game. The skill gap has been diminished. Skill means nothing when people can equally compete against each other due to over-excessive damage and RNG elements. Which is why League has turned into a total mess. You can also tell that League turned casual with all of the new champions/updated champions we have been seeing. These champions do not represent integrity for competitive gaming.

The playerbase is toxic, then they added an extra 'plug-in' to the already toxic matchmaking they had, on top of that, it is exploitable. I think that's pretty much whats going on.

However, they said they wanted some feedback to fix the issues, but i dont really think that there is a way to fix it sincerely. Starting with the playerbase and the new Tiers that were added.

Yeah I dunno man, I been playing on my gold/plat smurf and Jesus the games are so damn hard It feels like literally no one is trying to win... No ones trying at all.

I don't know if people's attitude for winning changed or if people just are off role and don't give a fuck because the new system

I really hope that Riot can revert the ranking system rework. More trouble than it's worth.

The problem is that its just so easy for one feeder to ruin the game. One single person feeding out of control destroys the entire game for everyone.

The game simply isn't balanced around someone dying 5 times in lane.

In higher elo, people are less likely to just throw the game away single-handedly in the first 10 mins. In lower elo, they don't understand just how incredible the enemy's advantage is.

They die faster and faster each time, causing them to just completely give up even faster as they don't see any point in playing anymore because of the power difference. Then when the mid game starts, you are facing an absolute monster of an enemy that will kill you even if you outplay them just because they are so empowered by gold.

It's the same problem that everyone has been saying for the past 2 years - damage is too high, snowball is too high.

Since the season started I haven't been able to win a game. I literally gave up playing ADC because even with 6-7 cs/minute I don't do any damage as an ADC. I honestly don't know how high elo players even win games if they're adc mains

I just transferred back my account from OCE to EUW, so my ranked has completely reset. I've been platinum for 4 seasons. Here, I started Bronze 4 starting the placements. I agree with what you said, I saw really high skill players and really bad ones. It's a big lotery. In the end I won 5, lost 5. And when I lose, I always get those "ace" on op.gg meaning that according to them I did the best on my team - meaning yeah, my true MMR seem to be above.... but nevertheless, it's very hard (or, random?) to win consistently in low elo for a platinum player.

It's not the new ranking systems fault, I like it. But it's always like this at the start of the season with unbalanced games because of matchmaking and stuff.

The worst part about this post is that people actually believe that a D2 can get stuck in silver with a 50% win rate. So sad. People are stupid.

Man if you think you have it bad, be a support main. I have to supp out of Silver without playing any other role since EaCh RoLe Is UnIqUe In RaNkEd. Oh sure I can get 3-5lp at a time playing something else, but since it’s already the lowest I can drop why not just play a different role? People are just not skilled in this new Silver Elo. I can’t pick for team comp anymore- I have to literally pick the best carry support based off whoever has picked by my turn. The point of the game was supposed to be unity and synergy to work as a team through objectives. This new ranked system just seems like 5 individuals playing for themselves. Team comps are never viable, I always find myself coaching an adc and their terribly off-meta champ pick, and when it comes to just plain lane knowledge it would be better off to tower farm than to attempt an engage bot lane. Riot I’m getting tired of this really. Your game community is already the worst amongst any I’ve ever seen, and now you’ve changed ranked to make it even harder to advance. Trust me this isn’t me being a sore loser. Stomping your opponent the times you get matched with outclassed teammates doesn’t feel good either, it’s boring when you run people over and equally frustrating when you sit helplessly at support while mid and top are 0-5. I have other games to play and this message won’t accomplish anything so who am I kidding anyway.

I just wanna say. Fuckking riot. Fuckking game. If you dimond rank you can be play with silver or gold rank :) that’s fuckking crazy game. I played 15 games and lost 10 games. Reasons is played with fuckking differents skill how can you play with silver or gold rank if you on dimond rank. Just wanna say fuckking bad service and fuckking game.
