REMAKE: Simple adjust

I had a game today where I obviously lost due to an afk on my team. He was afk from the start and even tho the game said he disconnected, remake option wasn't available. So I have a simple yet useful proposition. Remake option: If player does not move for 3 minutes for whatever reason regardless if he is connected to the game or not, ally team should be able to remake the game in the first 30 seconds after 3 minute mark hits. It would save other people time and LP. Basically no matter if the player is in the game or not, the game should let us go for a remake if the allied champion did not move from the start.

Remakes are terrible and a waste of everyone's time. It takes 15 minutes just to get into a game and then you get to play it for 3 minutes cause someone didn't connect. What Riot should really do is just adopt Dota's system. If everyone doesn't connect then just end the game before you even enter. If someone AFKs for over five minutes, hit them with an abandon and let anyone else who wants to abandon to abandon the game as well.
