Morgana's ult feel unawardable

Nothing much to it. I just feel like her ult is a waste. For a 3 seconds channeling you will get a 1.5 seconds stun while you can do one better and have a 3 seconds root Q. At least make that stun longer for a 0.5 longer or something tho. Having to run around and expose herself in fights for 3 seconds, while being squishy as hell just to output 1.5 seconds long stun on hopefully 1 target since nowadays everyone's got their dashes and blinks and mobility, doesn't really feel like its awardable at this moment.
