Ezreal and Rengar
Hello everyone. Now, there's probably a few topics about these certain champions but I felt like writing down what I see that just seems way too off-normal for those two champions.
Is marksman. Should be squishy, poking but has one escape skill in his kit to cover his squishiness. After his new W, he is everything but that. He will get armor and slow (
), infinite mana (
) all together with 40% cooldown to ensure he can spam his powers while also always having E up due to how his kit works ( reducing cd via Q hits ). That's not healthy. If he is a poking champion, he should poke. One simple W+E+AA combo shouldn't one shot / take 90% of another marksman's hp while always being uncatchable due to his E. Also, deals bonus damage cause of
while also slowing cause of
. His bonus damage from W should be nerfed, by a lot. And E cooldown in later ranks should go up for at least 1 or 2 seconds.
Is a fighter / assassin. Has insane survivability ( due to his extremely low cooldowns with W healing him up into literally 1-100% hp. His damage is enough to one shot any ~2k hp champion and to ensure he escapes he has a built in Heal and QSS at the same time. That's not normal. If he goes in, he needs to survive not to be just popped out like a balloon, i agree, but giving him qss and heal as he has right now is just not normal. A champion that gets movement speed from ult, from W, has heal, qss, root and invisibility doesn't sound quite healthy, for anyone. Lowering his %hp heal from 4-stack W should do the work. Also, some scallings should be fixed. AD scallings on Q should be nerfed. A rengar with black cleaver and hydra with zhonyas spirit visage boots and whatever you want last item can still one shot an adc while being extremely tanky ( not to mention his W ensuring that ) while also giving out sustained damage to anyone who he encounters, whether it's a tank, a tanky mage or a fighter.
