Please fix Ziggs!!! or at least help out the ADCs

This is becoming a nuisance. In this patch not only are ADCs in the worst position I have ever seen, but apcs are becoming a common site at bot lane. APCs tend to be better than ADCs early game and this transitions poorly into the late game. Now coming to Ziggs, the guy takes down turrets with so much ease. I get that is his specialty but cmon. No matter how much we try, having Ziggs bot is just too frustating. His poke is srsly good, his satchel not only knocks up but deals a crap ton of dmg, and as soon as you start pushing up the lane, the jg will ganks and game over. Now this is early game, so there are limits to how much ward can be placed. And being a support main, I am struggling to do anything during the game. Not only does the enemy team earn the first blood tower, which is bs to begin with, they also earn a double kill. Please fix this riot, bot lane is becoming impossible to play. And this is coming from a lower-elo player. I can only imagine what happens in the higher elo.
