Why do we still have promos almost 8 years in?

now that autofill is enabled almost every support i get is angry they got support and play tilted, the ones that aren't play janna and do nothing all game

i'm winning at 60% the second i hit promos i get a teemo support that ints, and then a janna that is extremely toxic and ints, haven't had int feeders or lost a game in 5 games before that

how do you say these games aren't rigged? when players hit them and immediately get slaughtered it's like giving out an exam from a different subject at the end of the year, it seems you are more interested in making sure players don't move forward, just delete this garbage system already and let us freely move up or down there doesn't need to be some fucking stress test every 5 wins
