Riven so broken everything scale with ad they need to make her shield scale with ap and make her q not dash foward

Or you know, they could just reduce her damage instead of making her useless.

Not that I believe she's OP. She's easily outplayed.

Let me tell you what happens when you change a ability on a AD champ to AP. Base values and scaling of those abilities SKYROCKETS. Riven's W and E would be SUPER good early for those reasons. Making two of her abilities AP also removes all reason not to build some spell vamp. Riven would benefit from Gunblade like no other. Take the time to imagine the spell vamp off a full damage R hitting your whole team. You do NOT want Riven to have a excuse to do that.

Also, allow me to nip the "Give Riven mana" argument by saying Essence Reaver is also a good pick for her since it has a great amount of AD and lifesteal and cooldown reduction. (Manamune would kinda be a good pick, since she can make it pop early, but since its not the best late game item, you may chose something else as the game progresses.)

The long and short of it is Riven should NOT be balanced by changing what she scales on.
