Well we have an OP here whose main complain is her sustain from her Q, so I don't see the problem with that. [slayer-jinx-wink]

why should a healer lose hp to do their job?, without heal on Q couldn't she work until late game with a ton of hp/sec items

honestly i think they wouldn't do it because this would force her to be even more passiv than she was befor the rework, the whole "loseing hp when healing" was made to make her more interactable for the enemy team, thats why she was giveing the heal on Q, remove the carrot for her to interact with the enemy and she wont go there at all.

it's really that simple.
