Some people claim it's okay since it forces ADCs to get two item types to counter it, while others (like myself) claim it doesn't work at all because getting a single MR item can neuter its damage.
But I'd like to know what Riot's take is on it, and/or what your take is on the item. Is it toxic? Is it fair? Or do you have other thoughts regarding it?
Crett1 votesTrue damage might be a nice option considering a tank isn't actually going to be taking that much damage from thornmail anyways. Grievous wounds was apparently toxic on Thornmail and not on EC, which felt weird to me.

It really is a strong item, but not a lot of champions can fit it into their kit. Vladimir is good with it because he can deal AoE damage, CC easily.
