because they make the game SO unfair, I was against an Illaoi who SO OBVIOUSLY was smurfing because her CS was perfect, 90 by the 9 minute mark, which is NO WAY possible for a newbie at silver 1 like they were insisting.

It's not about enforcement.There literally isn't a rule, so #technically smurfing isn't cheating.

We think this it's against the spirit of the game so to speak, the intended way it's supposed to be played, and therefore should be considered cheating. Am I right? Can I get a "hallelujah"?

We're not asking Riot to ban every smurf overnight, we just want them to actually take a stance on it.

like, it isn't they are not trying to forbid smurfing

they're failing. you can't really just say "smurfing is now forbidden!" and expect people to obey. one way or another people will figure out how to make new accounts and smurf

######unless you have to go to an official riot HQ to make new accounts which sounds ridiculous ######on side note, you can have perfect cs and be bronze 5 if any other basic stuff like warding or map awarness are garbage

They could at least ban streamers that smurf. Or rather, discourage them from staying at low elo on smurfs

We couldn't even kill her once she finished black cleaver, me (Sion), Akali and Aatrox all triple teamed her and died quickly.

Statistically speaking, that's highly unlikely. Bronze players' farm is usually one of their weakest aspect, and is the main reason that they aren't in Silver, per most analysts.
