Make Zed Q hit the 1st target it hits.

I don't know if that has been suggested but I think it could fix alot of problem with Zed obnoxious Q spam in laning phase. If Zed wants to waves clear he has to Throw his Shadows and E or either gets in melee range of the minions to E. Good Zed players are the ones that can hit their Q.

Zed Normal Q hit the 1st target it hits. Zed Shadow Q goes through minions doing damage in its way. Zed normal E does more damage and cannot slow. Zed shadow E does less damage but can slow.

He is already at 50.0% win rate, if such changes would happen he would drop to the point where even the most immobile mage wins lane against him.

He goes to top lane, where he can beat split pushers like Tryndamere. He isn't supposed to be able to beat mages that are immobile because Teemo isn't a mid laner. His winrate is above many champions, Zed's winrate is lower than 50% but he's still good, winrate isn't everything.

91% Ban rate, Highest in history in every region. Its the whole community that hates ZED, Pros, Noobs, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Challenger. They all hate ZED.

All of them, everyone who doesn't play Zed hates him. Sure they do, can I take a guess and say that the entire community also hates Yorick because he has a low pick rate?

You sure your not being delusional? Yorick is a super weak state, he fits no meta at all and is super weak because of soo much changes in the game. The games evolved but Yorick didn't. The removal of Mana potion hurt him by alot, no single mana items can help him sustain himself in lane. Yorick is such a binary champion in soo many way that the community just feels bad for him. Its a burden to pick Yorick but if you can prove yourself to be a good Yorick player then, he is a formidable ally to have. Unlike Zed, where even a noobiest, Toxiest, best, the worst can play him and cheese through the laning phase while saying look at my outplays, look at my CS, look at my highest damage dealt to champion I am Pro.

Anyone can say anything, doesn't make it true. If you really think the worst person can play Zed and win easily then you really should see if you are the delusional one. Also why did you put in "best" when describing people who can pick up Zed? Of course the best could play him and win.

Now, now this is where you make a mistake, if his Ban Rate of Zed in all elo is about 80%. This means no matter who is playing Zed no matter how bad or how good he is, no1 wants to play against him. This isn't something that someone said its Stat, Statistically speaking. The best Leblanc or Zed player can lose games, its not because they are the best that they can win game is because both of those champion fall off Late game. But here is the catch Leblanc has more chance of Losing the laning phase than ZED. She has to Risk much more than Zed, She is restricted by Mana unlike Zed, she isn't good at wave clearing and Csing. But Zed no matter what can CS perfectly aswell as still win the laning phase because of his whole kit. When Zeds gets a Lead he has such a huuuuuge gap between his laner and himself, Gap in Power, Gold, Item, Base Stat.

Nobody wants to play against him, that's fair to say. Does not mean however that people can play him and win easily. Zed has a strong laning phase, otherwise he'd be kinda trash like Talon is now. Leblanc IMO and in many others opinions has a very strong laning phase. With Thunderlord's at level 2 you can do enough damage to a champ to get them below half HP. AA+Q+W+W and you get out safely. I find its quite easy to cs as LB because you can just W the ranged minions and they die pretty soon or instantly. If you can play well then you should now how to manage your mana, it isn't a problem if you have some level of skill and don't spam abilities. Meanwhile Zed can cs using his passive, which gets him in melee range. Or he can use his Q, which has a 5-6 second CD early on and can't hit the entire wave like Leblanc's W can. Sure he can W+Q but then his only escape besides flash (if he takes it) is gone. Making for an easy gank with its 22 sec+ CD. Zed can be oppressive, but you can bully him as well. When I go jungle and I see an enemy Zed use his W I know I can blow his flash if I gank. You have to be able to take advantages and manage resources efficiently if you want to win your lane, if you don't then yeah Zed, the last good AD assassin for mid is gonna beat you because he can take advantage of weaknesses. Save your CC for his all ins, like Syndra can just E when he ults onto her.

Keep in mind that Zed's waveclear and poke take a pretty big part of his power budget (and don't say that he needs big nerfs, according to statistics he is pretty balanced right now). His straight burst damage is nowhere as instant as LB's, his damage is much more single targeted (because of his ult) than someone like Diana who keeps dashing through teamfights, his burst is more avoidable than a Rengar who kills you in 0.05 seconds, etc. His ability to instantly either instantly delete someone or to kill a whole team is fairly limited.

So I'd rather keep him as someone who has above average waveclear and poke but also less or more avoidable damage, instead of removing his waveclear and poke but having to either increase his burst in return.

Xerath Range Pokes? His W Q is literally Xerath Q with 0 Telegraph when you do it quick. Leblanc has to Risk her whole body to wave clear with W and she is probably the most telegraphic Mid laner because if she Q she will W. Leblanc has Option and is telegraphic she can change the way the damage comes in but Zed not only he has the range of Xerath but aswell as being Versatile and very hard to predict and tons of Option.
