Move Ahri's speed boost onto her W

's W is currently in a weird spot because its range doesn't align with her ult's, and by endgame Foxfire is her shortest range spell and has very limited use. On the other hand, her Q now feels overloaded and fills too many uses (stacks her passive, hits twice, does true damage, long range, grants move speed). Since Ahri's W is meant for when she's skirting around enemy champions, wouldn't it make sense to move the move speed buff onto Foxfire? It would help balance her kit out and give W a clearly defined purpose, while removing some of the bloat from her Q and increasing the synergy of her W + R combos.
