@RIOT Dodge penalties are toxic

Having to dodge because of a champ select troll is is one of the most infuriating things about League right now, and dodge penalties actually encourage trolls by punishing the victims. New champ select is pretty, but still runs the risk of your team falling apart and wasting more of your time than they should be able to.

I was just in a ranked lobby with someone who locked in support because he didn't understand how the new champ select worked and a top laner that was flaming our mid laner for not swapping lanes with him. Since apparently I was the only person in that lobby that cared about their LP, I had to dodge. As I sit here waiting on my dodge timer, I can only imagine all the other more productive and entertaining things I could be doing with my day off.

Dodging allows us to opt out of playing with toxic players, but at the cost of our time and patience. Since meeting a troll and having to leave champ select before the game starts are already frustrating and time consuming, the current system of dodge timers takes the experience from bad to worse and really just makes me want to get up and do something else.
