@RIOT Eve is still at a 42% winrate, do you even care?
Since patch 4.20 there have been tons of threads about the state of Evelynn. Although the new jungle pushed Evelynn out of the game entirely it did spark a huge amount of discussion about her, which is great because she's needed to be examined for a really long time now. The problem is you let it get way past the point of "Eve doesn't feel good anymore," and to the point of "I can't even pick her."
I've seen a lot of great conversations about Eve and some really good ideas. Please don't waste this opportunity to give Eve the attention she's needed for ages. Anyone browsing the forums since patch 4.20 has seen alarming threads about Eve, so Riot, why are you absent from the discussion?
