Day XX: They still don't realize...
...that coin is a way bigger issue for solo queue than Ardent is. Will keep observing these "forumers".

Hence the buffs to the Spellthief's line coming in 7.18
That's a pro play buff, where coin ISN'T a problem.
We're talking about solo queue and how coin-oriented enchanters have massive win rates. STE's buff isn't going to change a damn thing about that.

Odd, Considering that coin is the only Support item that requires your ADC to do well, it's gold gen should be better in pro play. (But pro's can make any support work with or without gold)
But I still don't know the why. We have correlation but not Causation. Why is Coin Broke? Why does it make it's champion base Broke? Is the gold generation to much for them? Or is it the mana coins making them infinite utility bots? Both? Is the coin spawn rate too much? Is the pick up radius too forgiving?
Boards Screams, for they do not know.

Coin doesn't give a shit how your adc does. You automatically get a blue coin and a gold coin per wave of minions. You get a coin of the type you didn't get last per cannon. You eventually get a coin that counts as both coins per kill and assist after completing your quest. You don't have to worry about the success of your adc to use coin.

I'll explain quickly
Coin was considered bad because its old quest was "get a skill point faster". Lousy reward, because ultimately supports don't really care about a measly skill point + it's a reward with finite value. Riot decides that, to remedy this, they'd up coin's gold gained from pick ups on top of beefing up its quest reward. Why was this too much? Let's see:
Coin's drop radius increases after 650 gold.
Coin gives all kills and assists a flat 40 gold bonus value increase after 650 gold. Sometimes the damn coin drop has more value than the assist gold you got it off of.
Coin gets an ACTUAL quest reward, which is increased MS towards the holder, after 650 gold.
So on top of giving the damn thing blatantly more gold gen, it literally has 3 quest rewards. How does nerfing Ardent Censer address this problem? How does buffing STE fix this problem? How many times do I have to keep spam posting about coin until someone realizes this is a problem? I don't fucking know.
if i reply to this will you bump my volibear rework thread when i make it
Idk, maybe?
Coin is stupid. It's so stupid how I got targons but my gold generation just falls off the face of the earth. it's so stupid how FQC beats out coin.
But in my opinion it's more stupid how much healing Ardent Censer gives.
People like you are how we end up Sejuani'ing shit around here. If we finish nerfing Censer into the Earth, and THEN deal with coin, it'll trash every enchanter that relies on Censer as a first item. Then Riot'll just buff Censer, anyway. Why not, instead, deal with the real issue the first time. If Censer was that big a deal, we wouldn't have seen a point where Thresh was the biggest support on the rift.
Bruh. I didn't mention anything about nerf this or nerf that loool. I just think Censer is way more stupid than Coin. Although both are pretty damn stupid.
coin is stupid, ardent is stupid, but most of all, hypercarry right clickers are retarded.
