@Riot, Phantom Hit is unhealthy and doesn't need to be in the game.

Such a stupid item. Its the main reason why Devourer was such a toxic item. Don't just shift it onto something else. just delete it and think of something better. Just played a game where the Vayne bought it and absolutely destroyed us. %12 of max health true damage every 2 basic attacks lol. Balanced I think not.
Balance team need to start playing the actual game instead of continuing this 8-month long pre-season
