Ivern's doing okay but still needs a little something, I think?

Brushmaker should have some sort of lingering 2 second buff effect while standing in or when you leave the bush. it could be a small ar/mr buff, like 3-5. Maybe you move a little faster in brush, like that old mastery that let you move faster in the river and the brush. maybe Ivern just passively moves through brush faster by himself? That would be a unique buff, that, uh, really can't see how that would be OP in any circumstance, and it would give Ivern the little shot in the arm he needs without becoming overtuned. Heck, you could even gasp program Daisy so she isn't a complete moron.

Maybe she could even be able to attack inhibitors!!!! I know, crazy idea. I'm a madman, but....perhaps its possible @_@ for a champion that's existed for over a year, for his ult to be able to attack an inhibitor.

At a generally perfect 50/51% average win-rate I think he's where he honestly should be. There are other champs, champs who have an easy time in low elo, but otherwise at a direct disadvantage in all their match-ups once they go to lane. Sure they might win the game because of their team synergy, but otherwise under 50% win rate in all match-ups.

Just me ranting at this point: This overhaul is such a pain in the arse to me. Teemo vs Gnar used to be all Skill. Now Teemo has a clear-cut advantage and his win percentage vs Gnar is widening day by day. Its a shame how clear-cut these Runes want to be, and won't let you optimize when Gnar juggles himself between Fighter and Vanguard.

What do I mean, Glacial Augment is nothing but a gimmick, sorry, not sorry. Might be popular, but Gnar's not getting buffed despite this constant bemoaning about the loss of Fervor, THE MOST COMMON GNAR KEYSTONE, oi vey.
