Boards, why do you even complain? Riot will go with these mages and jungle changes anyway

Seriously, was there ever a large change that affected whole class of champion published on PBE that didn't went live because of community complains? I can't remember any. So what's the point? Riot will do what they want anyway. Mages will be out of meta because they already can't deal with assasins and now they will also have mana problems whole game and will lose ability to waveclear. Only some junglers will be viable and these will be the ones that can duel early on Rift Scutter. The big ADC changes? Boards were filled with topics expailing what exactly is wrong and with great ideas how to fix some problems. But Riot couldn't come up with anything good for few months (since preseason to midseason) so they will just nerf IE and ER. Don't even think they will do anything about RFC and Shiv interaction. This all is going live no matter if you complain for weeks or months here on Boards or not.

Either you have a bad memory or you are not here long enough, our opinion does matter There are just too many different opinions and they are allowed to take the game in whatever direction they want im Ryze main, i know how you feel, But remember that it's their game and we're here just to tell them what we prefer

Maybe it is my memory, maybe I'm not for long enough. So can you tell me when Riot cancelled such big change because of community disapproval?
