Why exactly is Hecarim not disabled like last time?

Ahri Hecarim can't even touch Ahri. In fact I'm struggling to think of a single champ that can beat Ahri.

Evelynn have beaten ahri... player dependent but it be pretty fking hard to hit ev with charm and Q peram speed steroid, fast as a mofo and does like a bazillion damage with her Q which is on a .3 second cooldown

yes, Eve kites the likes of Hecarim,master yi and even Jax who has like a 700 range leap on a 1 second cooldown ;l

Well I haven't played recently not sure if they are actually banned in URF, I hope so though.

Yasuo has the urf buff by default in regular summoner's rift ;l

For the love of god, Hec is not broken and should not be disabled for Urf. He's easy as hell to counter, learn to dodge and kite. Not only that, but if you're going to complain about Hecarim, then complain about somebody worse, like Eve.
