Has Riot mentioned what the precautions are for premades honoring premades?

With the new honor system, getting honor is going to be important for getting key fragments. But one thing that's been proven beyond a doubt in season 6 is that premades will blindly favor each other. If you want to get honor, it seems like it might be to your advantage to just play with friends if Riot doesn't do anything to stop premades from exclusively honoring each other.

It's most likely Riot has already thought of this. But I cannot find where they might have explained it. Does anybody know what Riot has said about this?

They have stated already premade honors will carry very little weight.

I have the same basic question.

In the Honor FAQ, it says the following -

    "Can I game the system and boost to level 5 by constantly playing with a premade and honoring each other every game?
        That’s a great idea. Luckily, we’ve broken a few systems in our day, too. So we specifically built Honor so potential exploits like this give you (and your friend) literally no benefit."

My question is what their definition of "literally no benefit" is... does this make it pointless to play with 3-4 other friends? Or does it just slow it down? Literally is a powerful word. :)
