How am I supposed to climb?

Glîtchy··1 votes·1,013 views

I'm trying to climb out of Bronze but everyone keeps doing the following,

Banning: Aatrox Urgot Nocturne Garen Gangplank Fiddlesticks

Trying out the crap they see on YouTube: Attack speed/AP Rammus, Atk speed jg Thresh (done by Brofresco), and AD Blitzcrank

Troll banning partners, int feeding because no one wanted to trade roles.

How am I supposed to carry at all in these conditions?

You're watching brofresco, that's your first mistake.

  1. Go top lane.
  2. Lock in the Croc.
  3. Kill your lane opponent.
  4. Don't miss CS.
  5. When the jungler shows up, kill them.
  6. At 25 minutes, you should have at least 15 kills and 300 CS.
  7. A 5 item Renekton at level 16 1v5's the enemy team.

Every time I pick Renekton, someone picks Rumble Gnar Darius or Trundle top, thus, shutting me down.

Simple. You don't.

I'm not accepting that crap answer, I want a real answer.

It's gonna happen on the enemy team too right?

You'll never carry if you can't consistently beat your lane opponent. You gotta admit you can't beat them consistently and improve yourself.

#Easiest way to climb:

You put one hand out, then a foot, then the other hand, then the other foot.

KEEP CLIMBING AND DONT LOOK BACK DOWN.

Are there any champs who can carry a crap team made up of the types of players I listed?

Hard carries would be most of the skirmishers and burst mages. I'd say mid>jungle>top in terms of ease to solo carry, although it really depends on what you're good at.

I play Veigar mid, but the problem is, people in my elo NEVER ping when their lane opponents go missing then expect me to go 1v4-5 when I'm suddenly swarmed.

Then you just need better map awareness. You can't change your teammates (well, unless you duo), only yourself.

You could also ask people to ping mia and track the enemy jungler at the start of game. Another thing you could try is picking someone more early game oriented so you can snowbal. It's harder to snowball with a late game champion.

Idk who's an early game champ.

http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/page/first-blood-stats-behind-slaughter Here's a blog post about who gets first blood the most and how well they can snowball with it.

Some of the top mid lane picks are Talon, Katarina, LeBlanc, and Yasuo. For top lane, it's Pantheon, Tryndamere, Fiora, and Quinn. Junglers like Evelynn, Lee Sin, and Nidalee can also secure first bloods well.

Step 1: Go mid lane. Step 2: Lock in Lux; probably the most free mid laner besides Yasuo, and easy to learn. If you get a ban, ban Xerath, Orianna, Ziggs, or Veigar because they will make your life horrible in lane. Step 3: In-game, you'll want to E minion waves then auto attack to proc your passive; it's actually pretty easy to CS with this mechanic. Step 4: To delete a champion: E-auto-Q-auto-ult-auto for maximum damage (270% AP!) Now, don't auto if it puts you in danger; the dmg is not worth it. You're fragile, so be careful! Abuse your range; you outrange most mages so spam your Q and E and only auto when you CS or the enemy is vulnerable (out of mana etc). Your ult has a LOW cooldown, you can have it up more than your lane opponent. But: ONLY ult when their passive is marked on the enemy because it will ignite it and deal extra damage. So slow with E, snare, and ult. You'll never miss because they're stuck, and if they still aren't dead you can just walk up and ignite or proc passive again since your ult adds the passive another time. Step 5: Mute everyone, because mid lane doesn't need more communication than pings. Step 6: Buy the tear of the goddess; you will NEVER run out of mana, and it's hidden-OP because it gives over 150AP when completed. Then go standard AP items; get 40% CDR. Step 7: Win Now I'm only B4 but I've tried this, and it works well. Spamming a more simple champion helps a lot; champs like riven, yasuo, lee sin, vayne etc are really technically complicated and you should avoid them. Good luck!

And PS: NEVER EVER do the stuff on YT. Attack Speed jg thresh? Don't ever. The people who make the videos are gold or higher and know how to perform relatively well with them.

So play braindead champs that aren't even fun in the first place? woo! greatest balance EVER!

50000000000000001 votes

Then get good? Early game champions are easier to carry with, since you can start influencing the map earlier, and win lane more easily. If you're picking a late game champion like Veigar, you have to rely on your teammates to survive until late game. Compared to other champions, Veigar has a weak early game, so it's about surviving than getting kills, which puts you ahead and them behind. Sure, CS is important, but killing the enemy means you're also denying CS. It's not impossible to win, sure, but it's sure gonna be harder.

If you're good enough you'll be able to win lane with late game champions, but if you're not, pick some early game champions. Ryze and Cassiopeia have very powerful late game, but also decently strong early, compared to Veigar. What kind of champions do you consider to be not braindead or fun? I'll see if some of them are easier to carry with.

I prefer the ones who are fun like Ahri and Veigar, sure Veigar's braindead but he's fun at the same time

Ahri is strong early and mid game, and is very safe with all the mobility. I'd suggest her if you want to climb faster.

Orianna, Ahri, Vel come to mind

Just wait until you get to silver. I play all roles, but mostly support. I climbed playing tank supports. Just gotta have good map awareness and know when to engage and when to not.

Well I need to get out of bronze first but I can't when people choose to be a dumbass and mimic brofresco.

Easiest way to climb: pick Malphite top. Survive lane. Kill everything later with ult.

Just play ahri and stomp anyone because it's bronze. She can easily carry you to hi gold.

Just say you're a girl looking for a duo, and a diamond+, thirsty, white knight will appear and carry you to any elo your heart desires. If you send pics and sound cute, they'll even buy you skins.

DemainaNyx1 votes

Play someone like Tryndamere, Yi, Yorick, maybe even Singed or Darius and just splitpush. Trynd is a little easier IMO because he sorta has a built in flash (his spin), free crit from his passive, and his ult gives him a "get out of jail free" card. Yi requires a little bit of outplaying, cause you can easily be shut down if teams know to focus you. Yorick and Darius just get tanky and can do a lot of damage and Singed is just a slippery annoyance that's incredibly hard to kill

You still have to play safe-ish, so you need to ward before just carelessly splitpushing, but if the enemy team is seiging your towers, you can easily just take tower on the other side of the map while they are distracted. So long as your team doesn't totally get picked off while you're doing it, you should be ok.

win more???

tbh if your hard stuck in bronze it %100 your fault. there is so much free information, guides, and coaching available that the only way your stuck in bronze is if you haven't taken the time to learn the game and are bad.

First of all, screw you, secondly none of those coaches work, they keep suggesting champs I've literally got no idea how to use, like Elise and Aurelion.
