PSA: Flaming is never a good idea. But if you're going to do it....
Please, please try and hold it until AFTER the game is over.
Seriously, you flaming during the game is simply going to make a bad situation worse.
Note: Calling out a bad play is not flaming. And by calling out, I don't mean: "WHAT THE #$#@ ADC?! WHY IS YOUR USELESS *#(@ PIECE OF #!((#@ WORTHLESS FEEDING #&@ SPLITPUSHING!? INSTEAD OF @&% WITH A #$@@ %&#!?!" I mean like, if you're engaging on a clear target and your teammates simply don't follow up. Or you notice that your team is playing a little too aggressive when they're behind. Try to just bring out what you believe the better play is in a more kinder and possibly more less flame induced method of speech. Even if they tell you to "shut up" or "bronze noob" at you, don't flame them back.
Flaming them during the game is going to cause one of four things to happen:

They'll put you on ignore, therefore making themselves deaf to a potentially good play you actually want to tell them to make. This is the most frequent reaction.

They'll flame you back, causing a massive circle of flames that will most certainly put the both of you on tilt and your team on tilt. This is sadly also a frequent response.

They'll take it to heart and will possibly try to 'punish' you. If you're the ADC and they're your support, they might run up to support top lane or mid and leave you alone to spite you. If you're the top laner and you're flaming the jungler, they may just purposely never ever gank you even if you give them the most freest gank in the world. This actually doesn't happen quite as often.

They leave the game. This is the worst but least frequent outcome compared to the others. They might be having a horrible day and your flaming just put them over the edge and they choose to simply leave the game. Now you're stuck with 3 other players who are ether going to blame you for making them rage quit, or you all circle jerk the leaver and report them. Ether way, the end result is that you lost the game.
If you feel the need to flame. If you feel like you HAVE to say something? If you feel like your words are that important that they have to be said, type them when the nexus is blowing up and at the end screen. Note: You STILL may end up being reported if you do this however.
