Can we remove shiv and RFC damage stacking pls.

I believe those 2 items are the sole reason why people are saying ADCs have enough burst as an assassin. If they removed the passive that lets those 2 items damage stack together, it would be a bit healthier to deal with.

Because I'm getting sick and tired of champions like Vayne and Tristanna bursting a single target with no problem. It's worse when Shiv crits and can damage you from a good range that is roughly close to 10 Teemo units.

Speaking of Trist, she needs to be changed instead of getting nerfed. New passive and other stuff to make her less of a pain in the ass.

The damage doesn't stack. Hasn't since like early pre-season 6 I think.

Oh right, I remember the damage doesn't but the effects still do. That kinda is still a problem though. item 3087 can burst anyone down. item 3094 gives ADCs siege power that could out range towers it's insane but situational. But if you pair them together it's a little too much really. I just want the shiv and cannon power become a separate option instead of having both.
