I hope Riot knows what they are doing with these ADC changes

Honestly the changes look good, but it seems Riot is oblivious to the fact that this will simply make the botlane meta on-hit. They need to change kit interactions or put rageblade to 8 stacks on ranged or we'll see varus/kog/ezreal (his itemization isn't touched) every game.
rageblade builds are 100 gold more expensive and now it is harder for them to dip into crit.
I think on hit fears are solid, but they can tweak the #s later to push crit up again. Id like to see both be viable at the same time and enjoy a higher pool of ADC viability. Odds are many folks will gravitate to the easyer option and playstyle but hey that's just humans for you.
I'm looking forward to seeing crit adc early game get nuked
they're benching adcs because mages aren't played mid anymore get ready for some ziggs adc
Thank you for listing your concerns!
probably not! But that what makes it so exciting! So many of riot changes end up with unexpected results. For all we know, Ezreal suddenly may become a crit ADC!
But most importantly: It shifts the META! I do not even care in which way the new META will go. As a support who always plays with the same 8 or 9 champs every season, it is always fun to adept to the changes around me. But I know that most players just hate to adept in anyway and will flame the whole season if they have to make even one change in their champion pool. [sg-lulu]
Though riot does make rather questionable or straight out terrible changes from time to time, I believe if riots balance team (as far down on the elo letter as they may be) is not allowed to flip the table from time to time they would not be able to keep the game fresh
Why the heck would Ezreal go crit or I'm missing a joke?

That was just an example on how the way riot balances their game, anything can be possible in a few patches. Or can you say with confidence, that they not might make Ezreals Q crit. at some point. Or they cold overbuff his passive so ezreal has like 4 attackspeed after hitting a Q. WHO KNOWS!?!
I've played pbe and if adcs get slightly fed they do a lot of damage...and can't really build armor. So what you see now most likely will stay the same.
Im Worried that the changes are a slap on the wrist and not an actual nerf.
1200 gold "slap on wrist" lol
meanwhile best adcs will be kai'sa, varus, lucian, draven
xD

I'm Sure ADC mains will love the changes like the Jungle mains enjoyed the Scuttle change on top of jungle camp experience change. Another mass exodus.
Of course they don't, does it look like they know what they are doing based of the changes they have done in the past like.... year or so? (Aight mage-mana changes were pretty good I give you that, they still only have like 2 build paths tho, so the item rework didn't really do much)

I'm assuming they are buffs until I see otherwise. I don't give a shit that it costs more gold, having 100% crit with 3 items instead of 4 is a buff.
I'm pretty sketchy on these changes. A lot of them seem REALLY unnecessary. My fix to the ADC issue would've been to just increase Zeal item costs, BF item costs, and remove the 50% bonus damage from IE. Just delay the build of an ADC. With these changes, On-Hit builds are going to stomp bot lane. Anyone who builds Essence Reaver as a core item (Sivir, Xayah, Lucian) is going to have a hard time keeping up with crit carries that only need IE. While some of the changes have the possibility to be cool, I think that it delays their builds WAY too much. Riot has already been changing the game to make games shorter, and now they're making it so that crit ADCs can't even be relevant until 35+ minutes unless they get super fed. They're as squishy as always, they have less armor, and they're missing the items they need earlier in the game. While I agree they had too much early power previously, now they have none at all. I've played on the PBE with the new items, and they just don't feel good to use since the game never gets to the point of being full build.
