I think everything about Jhin is balanced except for the laning phase
When his ultimate can literally 100-0 someone if he gets all the shots.

If Jhin can land all 4 skill shots on the same target, someone should die. It's no easy feat to hit a moving target 4 times with a massively ranged skillshot.
Except... he can't. Unless he gets super fed (which doesn't count in balance)
When a jhins ult 4th hit does 1.2k damage to you late game. FeelsGoodMan.
