Like, cut his Q damage in half or something. Just make him unplayable.

I guarantee, no one would miss him. He is the only champion Riot wished they never made. They said so themselves.

Gutting champions is never a good long-term solution (and even in the short-term is shitty).

Vlad may or may not need a rework, but people who like the champion shouldn't have their favorite champ turned into shit forever.

Vlad is strong, but he actually has decent counters. There are quite a few champs that need nerfs before him.

He doesn't even have a high winrate and his early game is abusable. If you QQ about Vlad it's because you picked someone who can't touch him like Malphite or you let him reach level 9 without ever aggressively all inning and killing him or denying him farm by keeping him at 10 hp. Either way, you were counterpicked or you played like shit.
