Buff Vel' Koz passive during the early game
could use a bit more damage in the early game and the best place to put it would be his passive.
It's easy for enemies to play around and should be more rewarding during the early game.

Shuyin1781 votesYes the Q does. But this person thinks "The other 2 abilities need to do damage too, so buff the passive" because there are people smart enough to dodge the Q or use the minions as meat shields. Vel'Koz is fine, once he gets going he's extremely powerful.

no to toxic1 votesLets take a mid game mage wich long range and buff his early game. Also lets reduce Xeraths Q cooldown everytime he uses one of his other abilitys and make everyone of Tryndameres abilitys his ult.
Danjeng1 votesVel'Koz is just fine. Adding unnecessary buffs to a fine champion turns them not so fine. Problematic champions are caused by this. I like Vel, so I would rather he not be buffed.
