For how easy he is and for what his cooldowns are, he is strongest adc there is.

Edit: Still waiting for valid arguments on how you can beat him and how he isnt the strongest adc, because right now he really is the strongest

"Most powerful lane bully adc, can control his lane however he likes, safe disengage, easy kiting, easy farming, doesn't fall off, isn't hard countered by anyone, burst on an adc, low cooldowns, mobile, 28.59% playrate and still maintains above 50%, no clear weaknesses, isnt really shutdown by cc as all he needs to do is e + qss, heal and flash synergise super well with him, his passive is one of the best in the game, is strong throughout all stages of the game, doesnt need to focus on AS anymore, seriously he's just so safe can control lane so easily, safe, can out trade every adc in lane and out normally, probably the only champion he struggles against a bit is draven which is fine because he can just farm and dodge dravens abilities anyway." for those of you who missed it

  • I asked bjergsen on stream through donation and he said ' I do think lucian is a bit too strong right now, draven messes him over but he's probably too strong as he stands, he then proceeded to ask double lift who he was in skype with and DL said lucian is too strong...

I also asked other streamers and they all said he was strong

Lucian is one of the most balanced ADC in the game right now. He has clear strengths and weaknesses and he is sitting at a 50% win rate at every single rating. How exactly can you justify he is the strongest ADC, he doesn't lead in any category (damage dealt, highest kills, lowest deaths, etc)?

Oh and might I add every challenger player i've asked has said lucian is pretty strong right now? ( I have asked 5)

He doesn't have the burst of many ADCs (has some of the lowest damage per game according to champion.gg)

Vulnerable to CC prior to QSS

Does not have strong execute ability (has one of the lowest kills per game according to champion.gg)

Very mana dependent for burst (Essence Reaver solves some of this)

Falls off late game (57% win rate when the game goes less than 25 minutes, 47% win rate if the game goes longer than 35 minutes)

Despite what you say he's hard countered by Quinn, Varus, Corki, Kalista and Miss Fortune (bad win rates against these champions)

He's fucking predictable. He Q's you? He's going in for that double shot. He W's you? He's planning to engage. He dashes? Force him to use it as an escape, or kill him if he uses it as an engage. He ults? Just have someone walk behind him and kill him.

Lucian has one of the lowest ranges in the game for ADC along with Urgot and Sivir. As long as you space him out in lane you can harass him without him harassing back.

that's just all there is to it, he's super easy, cooldowns are super low, its simple, i'm still waiting for a justification for him and unsurprisingly there have been no justification for him.

That's a very weak argument. I can also used that exact same argument for literally any champions lol.

You want justification? Make yourself a legit & statistical one first before Boards would answer you back. Winrates don't count.

I made this thread before i was in champ select of that game lol... Are your only defenses insults now? I already replied with his strengths.

Lucian lacks range, he does not out trade every ADC, neither he wins lane against every of them.

He is strong but his strengths don't warrant anymore weaknesses.

The issue with Lucian isn't that he is OP, it's just that he doesn't have a clear weakness. So when his win rate is slightly above 50% there's no reason to not pick him.
