Stone Skin Update Suggestion for Wukong

Stone Skin:

If Wukong hasn't been damaged for [8/6/4 seconds at levels 1/6/11], he gains [20/30/40 at levels 1/7/13] (+0.2 bonus Armor) bonus Armor and [20/30/40 at levels 1/7/13] (+0.2 bonus Magic Resistance) bonus Magic Resistance for 3 separate attacks and spells by enemy champions and large monsters or 4 seconds. The cooldown timer can only start when the effect ends.

Wukong's abilities deal 5 (+1 per level) (+0.2 bonus Armor) bonus physical damage (1.5 second cooldown).

This passive does a lot of good things for Wukong. It promotes diving in and out of fights. It enables a second playstyle that is tankier and allowed to buy Armor. It adds skill expression via spell weaving, choosing between two playstyles and choosing Wukong because you know he works well with Armor or because the enemy doesn't work well against his passive. The cooldown on the bonus damage might also give you a reason to keep his ultimate up for a little bit longer to get off another proc of his passive.

This passive also adds a little bit of skill expression when playing against Wukong. You can poke his passive down and only then trade, poke him to keep it down, or proc it ASAP with autos before using your heavy hitting spells. It works like Electrocute, so the Resistances almost automatically reduce its damage. Both players have to keep that in mind during champion select and in-game.

Lastly, it helps out Jungle Wukong by giving him bonus Resistances and damage in the Jungle for a slightly better clear.

This works. I honestly don't care what they do with his passive at this point, honestly. Wukong and Lissandra both need passive updates so badly it's not even funny. Shyvana gets more resistances than Wukong just for existing. Makes zero sense.

Seems fair and cool. It should get stony VFX too!

Isn't that a typical unique Sejuani's passive?

Almost. It only lasts for 3 hits which is kind of unique, the resistances are much lower and it doesn't grant you slow immunity. In exchange, it comes back up much quicker (12 seconds vs 8/6/4) so it's more suited to a Diver. A skilled Wukong could probably manage to get the passive back up by using his clone in a lot of situations, which was my intention. If he can't, the cooldown should probably be lowered to 3 seconds even, or minions and monsters shouldn't be able to put it on cooldown after a certain level. That way he can dash to them to get himself some more time.

The spell weaving is also unique.
