he is a lane bully so of course he feels strong
The funny part is they barely changed him at all when they turned mf/cait/quinn into monsters.. XD
ADC is Attack Damage Carry. Lucian deals physical damage (attack damage) and can carry. He is an ADC (Zed is too).

I swear they broke his passive and made it do full damage on champs or something. His damage just skyrocketed as soon as preseason started (and Luci is one of my main ADCs, so I can tell something changed)
