hes been one of the worst champions in all his roles for half a year now. is he about to get added to the reworks list? lucian hasn't been meta for 1 month and hes getting buffs already

I think Cho is fine, I play him sometimes. You can 1 shot with full ap and half ap half tank feels like an actual tank.
